HUMAN DESIGN

"Don't punish yourself by thinking you have to be better. You just have to be yourself."

Ra Uru Hu

" Wanting to change is a violence. Totally accept yourself, accept your body, accept your mental patterns without wanting to change them. There is nothing to change. »

Eric Baret

From the date and place of birth, the human design produces a map, called a bodygraph. It is a graphic illustration of the energy flow between nine centres inspired by the seven Indian chakras. This provides a kind of model of how we function and interact with the world. This scheme does not change, although there may be an evolution in the way we express these different elements.

The human design gives us an immense relaxation, there is nothing to change, it is enough to notice our functioning.

The reading of this map reveals our authentic and spontaneous self but also allows us to identify different fragilities where we are more vulnerable to the influences of others, to conditioning. It defines how others perceive us and how we perceive ourselves, our decision-making process, our talents, our gifts, what we are made for...

This design functions as a guide that show us how to align ourselves with our authentic being by freeing ourselves from any desire to be someone else.

This exploration is light-hearted... it is an opportunity to see how the play of life works in me, what role I play in the grand opera of life.

Like any "system", like astrology, these are only mental representations which have their impact in the moment but which we can very well allow ourselves to forget afterwards.
